- Responsible for setting up, optimizing, and troubleshooting injection molding processes to ensure high-quality production.
- Has extensive experience in injection molding, machine setup, and process improvement.
- Set up and start injection molding machines, including installing molds, adjusting parameters, and verifying part quality
- Optimize molding processes to improve cycle time, minimize defects, and enhance productivity
- Diagnose and resolve processing issues such as flash, short shots, warping, and dimensional inconsistencies
- Responsible for the operation, repair, and maintenance of high-volume molding machines
- Molding plastics processing and maintenance experience
