What You'll Do

• Manage and oversee the daily activities of HVAC installation teams.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to installation technicians.
• Ensure the team adheres to safety protocols and proper installation practices.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of installation staff.
• Ensure installations are completed within the allocated timeframe and budget.
• Monitor the progress of installations and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
  
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans.
• Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools (e.g., project management, scheduling tools).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.

Physical Demands

• Stand/Sit Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
• May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) frequently.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions.
