- Grow and build a skilled HVAC Install team by providing proper on the job and technical training.

- Mentor, develop and establish appropriate KPI performance.
- Monitor staff performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.
- Communicate clearly, show recognition, and build rapport with employees.
- Manage gross margins and budget guidelines
- Establish and maintain customer satisfaction metrics, evaluate performance, and coach staff to success.
- Ensure sufficient staff levels to meet ongoing customer demand, manage season spikes, and achieve growth goals.
- Exhibit a safety-first approach during all work-related activities.
- Bring more energy than you take, because you will set the tone every day for the entire department
- High level of communication and alignment with other departments and functions
- 5 years of HVAC experience.
- 3 years of management experience.
- Strong follow-up and closing skills.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- Proper HVAC certifications.
- Experience running large teams.
- Public Speaking.
