What you'll do :

  • Work with other department leaders to build the NW's top HVAC Install team.
  • Grow and build a skilled HVAC Install team by providing proper on the job and technical training.
  • Be Flexible and "always learning" HVAC industry changes daily and we need someone who will educate themselves and their team in the future.
  • Mentor, develop and establish appropriate KPI performance.
  • Monitor staff performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly, show recognition, and build rapport with employees.
  • Manage gross margins and budget guidelines
  • Establish and maintain customer satisfaction metrics, evaluate performance, and coach staff to success.
  • Ensure sufficient staff levels to meet ongoing customer demand, manage season spikes, and achieve growth goals.
  • Exhibit a safety-first approach during all work-related activities.
  • Bring more energy than you take, because you will set the tone every day for the entire department
  • High level of communication and alignment with other departments and functions

    • Requirements

  • 5 years of HVAC experience.
  • 3 years of management experience.
  • Strong follow-up and closing skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communications.
  • Proper HVAC certifications.
  • Experience running large teams.
  • Public Speaking.

    90,000-$120,000 DOE
