Job Summary: As a CSA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing orders, and performing administrative tasks. Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining efficiency in all aspects of your work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional service to customers via phone and in-person.
- Answer calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Offer estimates and schedule appointments with customers, allowing sufficient time for completion.
- Verify insurance deductibles and explain discount programs according to company guidelines.
- Develop product knowledge and effectively communicate features, benefits, and warranties to customers.
- Handle minor complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Process transactions, manage cash handling procedures, and complete daily deposits according to company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable, including collection calls and activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Previous experience in commercial and/or residential glass installation (e.g., shower doors, IUs) is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (not required for all CSA positions).
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs and maintain a physically active work environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
