o Answers phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

o Handles minor complaints via phone and in person.
o Develops and maintains product knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
o Offers complementary products or services to customers as needed.
o Processes transactions and completes daily cash out procedures according to company policy.
o Completes bank deposits and accounts payable/receivable processes accurately.
o Makes collection calls on past due accounts and records activity accordingly.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the glass industry is preferred, but not required. You must also have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.
