Restaurant Kitchen Manager Daily Activities

Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
Oversee guest services and resolve issues
Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
Train and manage FOH and BOH personnel
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant sales needs
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Restaurant Kitchen Manager Requirements

Previous experience in the Manager role for at least 2 years

4-5 million in sales experience

Strong leadership qualities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with breakfast experience

Excellent written and communication both in English and Spanish

Strong attention to detail

Salary : $68,000 - $75,000
