HHM Talent is assisting a client search for an Executive Assistant for their dealer group based out of Hammond, Louisiana.
This position is on site with no relocation assistance.
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, supporting staff, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and have strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain office files, both physical and digital.
- Screen and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communicate effectively with other employees to ensure smooth workflow.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and other events for team members.
- Ensure important tasks are completed on time and assist with prioritization as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, preparing reports, and correspondence.
- Support other office operations as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous office experience preferred.
- Strong people skills and ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and attitude at all times.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
