You’ll leverage your credit expertise to originate and manage commercial loans, work directly with business owners, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic lending decisions.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and expand a network of business owners, real estate investors, and referral sources.
- Generate new lending relationships, focusing on C&I and CRE lending.
- Manage and grow a commercial loan portfolio, ensuring long-term client success.
- Provide consultative, solutions-based advice to business clients.
What You Bring:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3 years of commercial credit experience.
- Foundation knowledge of working capital and cash flow lending.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to cultivate long-term connections.
