Hendrick Automotive Group is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDC) to interact with customers over the phone / internet, build positive relationships, and manage service repair appointments. An ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills with an ability to showcase our products and services in a compelling way!
Location : Hendrick Honda South Blvd. (Charlotte, NC).
Pay Range : $17 per hour.
Service Business Development Representative Schedule : Full Time, rotating shifts between 7 : 00am-6 : 00pm, business hours Monday-Saturday, average 40 hours per week.

Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1 year of direct customer service experience preferred (retail or similar fast-paced environment).
Essential Job Skills :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Ability to memorize scripts for products and services.
Computer literacy and ability to use customer databases.
Confidence in ability to use technology and multi-task.
Ability to build relationships with customers.
