Job Summary
The Director of Leadership & Culture's primary responsibility is to grow and develop the employees of Hendrick and to protect and enhance the culture of the organization. This will be accomplished through programs to promote a highly engaged employee culture, supporting the growth and learning of leaders, developing future leaders, and engraining the Hendrick Health Commitments to Excellence.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, business, or related field
Minimum Work Experience
- 5 years prior experience in a healthcare organization or leadership development
