  • Assists in the process of recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and the production of financial information and reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Education

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance related field

  • Minimum Work Experience

    • No previous experience

  • Required Licenses / Certifications
  • Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

    • Answer telephones

  • Compose letters / memorandums
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Use computerized spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel to conduct analysis
  • Compile statistics
  • Input data into computer programs
  • Use computer packages such as Microsoft Excel and Power Point to prepare graphics
  • Analyze accounts and records
  • Reconcile accounts

  • 1 year fixed asset accounting experience including asset acquisition, work in process, project management and reconciliations.
