What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate - CNC Heat Treat Operator position at Hendrickson USA, L.L.C.?
Position Purpose :
Operate all Heat Treat Operations in the department
Hourly Pay Range : $16.00 - $19.00
Essential Functions :
- Reads work orders to determine material specifications
- Positions work piece against the stops, push button and depresses pedal to activate machine
- Observes machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunctions
- Identifies soft spots on the cam and report all abnormal conditions to the lead Person or Supervisor
- Stamps parts, verifies stamp is correct and legible and places good pieces in container
- Assembles cams as needed
- Completes work orders correctly and legibly
- Follows written and oral work instruction.
- Works well with supervision and co-workers
- Willingness to run other machines when needed such as but not limited to Hobbs & Rack Roller
- Other duties may be assigned
Education and Training
High School diploma or GED
