What you´ll do
- Supports internal clients and helps developing / implementing HR practices, HR solutions and strategies for the country
- Provides day-to-day HR support to employees and managers in the country and in the frame of local labor law
- Delivers and executes HR processes, advice and supports on policies accurately
- Coordinates local change management projects and manages the HR related internal and external communication Implements initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction at local level
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or Industrial/Organizational Psychology (may supplement relevant experience in HR)
- 5 years or more of HRBP experience
- PHR or SHRM certification strongly preferred
- Working and practical knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state employment laws
- Demonstrated leadership and consulting skills and ability to partner effectively
- HRIS proficiency

The salary for this role is $76,100.00 - $104,900.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
