What you´ll do
- Supports internal clients and helps developing / implementing HR practices, HR solutions and strategies for the country
- Provides day-to-day HR support to employees and managers in the country and in the frame of local labor law
- Delivers and executes HR processes, advice and supports on policies accurately
- Coordinates local change management projects and manages the HR related internal and external communication Implements initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction at local level
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or Industrial/Organizational Psychology (may supplement relevant experience in HR)
- 5 years or more of HRBP experience
- PHR or SHRM certification strongly preferred
- Working and practical knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state employment laws
- Demonstrated leadership and consulting skills and ability to partner effectively
- HRIS proficiency

Salary : $76,100 - $104,900
