What you´ll do
- Lead a regional team of digital innovation engineers supporting digital culture, change management, communication, data excellence, and enablement.
- Champion the adoption of digital tools, data-driven practices, and agile methodologies across innovation teams.
- Coordinate and localize global digital transformation programs to meet regional needs while maintaining alignment with global strategies.
- Oversee and drive change management strategies for digital initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement, effective communication, and smooth adoption.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with innovation leaders and cross-functional teams to identify enablement opportunities and co-develop solutions.
- Monitor and support data quality programs, promoting data ownership, literacy, and stewardship.
- Collaborate with global counterparts to design and deploy upskilling programs to develop digital capabilities across functions.
- Track and report performance metrics, success factors, and KPIs related to digital transformation.
- Identify risks, define countermeasures, and take the lead in case of problems and conflicts.
- Become a domain expert in digital technology and conduct rigorous data analysis to improve customer experiences.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the enablement team and supported organizations.
What makes you a good fit
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical science, engineering, data science, digital transformation, business, or a related field is required. A Master’s or Ph.D. is preferred.
- 6 years of experience in innovation, digital transformation, or change management and project management in a technical or R&D-oriented environment.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional digital initiatives.
- Excellent analytical skills, combined with strategic thinking.
- Background in working with innovation organizations and scientific/technical professionals is highly desirable.
- Working knowledge and experience with chemical inventory or laboratory activity management systems.

The salary for this role is $95,000.00 - $128,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
