Your Role: As a Production Line Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process. You’ll operate machinery and production equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency while contributing to a safe work environment.
1st shift: 6:00 am-2:30 pm
2nd shift: 2:30 pm-11:00 pm Shift differential $1.00
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Safely operate production machines and equipment according to established guidelines and instructions.
- Equipment Setup: Set up and adjust equipment based on manufacturing specifications to ensure optimal performance.
- Quality Monitoring: Continuously monitor the quality of output to identify any defective products, taking appropriate action to discard or re-manufacture as necessary.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate daily production records to facilitate performance analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to enhance productivity and resolve any operational issues.
Your Skills:
- Operating: Proficient in operating and troubleshooting production machinery.
- Repairing: Basic knowledge of machine repair and maintenance.
- Monitoring: Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
- Manufacturing: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
