The Maintenance Data Manager oversees the efficient management of materials, tools, spare parts and equipment used by the maintenance department, ensuring timely availability and proper inventory control to support operational needs. The position holds control and accountability for MRO spend control and process standardizing and improvements of CMMS and SAP functions.

What You´ll Do
The Maintenance Data Manager oversees the efficient management of materials, tools, spare parts and equipment used by the maintenance department, ensuring timely availability and proper inventory control to support operational needs. The position holds control and accountability for MRO spend control and process standardizing and improvements of CMMS and SAP functions.
- Evaluating data and metrics to generate valuable insights, enhancing decision-making processes and driving business success.
- Skilled in developing innovative and visually engaging reports and dashboards that clearly present analytical findings to stakeholders.
- Proficient in using advanced data analysis tools, analytics platforms, and data management systems to gather requirements and construct efficient dataflows, datasets, reports, and dashboards.
- Well-versed in data analysis best practices and current trends, capable of identifying, analyzing, and interpreting patterns in complex datasets to provide actionable insights.
- Adept at staying informed about SAP updates and company standards of user functionality.
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
- 7-10 years of experience in CMMS management, with strong SAP skills required
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects, including budgeting and scheduling required
- Proficiency in writing technical manuals and documentation preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to improve production systems and enhance personnel safety
- Willingness to support off-hours downtime events as needed (24/7 chemical plant environment)
- SAP, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Teams required
- Must pass a pulmonary function test and be clean shaven for secure fit of a respirator
