What You´ll Do
- Raw Material Planning & Scheduling: Expertise in planning and scheduling raw materials and sourced products from domestic and international external suppliers/vendors, including managing material requirements, sourcing, and replenishment activities.
- Risk & Force Majeure Management: Ability to identify and alert teams to risk situations, including connecting available material inventory to pending production plans, and coordinating responses to disruptions in the supply chain to impacted manufacturing facilities.
- Supplier Communication: Skilled in managing supplier communications, ensuring on-time deliveries and developing transportation plans for key raw materials.
- Inventory Management: Experience in maintaining raw material inventory levels (min/max analysis) and ensuring availability for production, including oversight of consignment stock and lifecycle management.
- Cost Reduction & Process Improvement: Lead process improvement initiatives aimed at reducing costs and optimizing supply chain operations, including managing dysfunctional inventory and overseeing product transitions.
- Data Management & Analysis: Proficient in maintaining and analyzing material and location data to optimize planning systems, including monthly reporting and raw material requirements reviews.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of experience in material planning, in a manufacturing environment.
- Candidate must be able to demonstrate successful leadership, planning management expertise, and strong sense of process ownership.
- Experience should demonstrate strong cross-functional relationship development and ability to influence.
- Strong analytical, quantitative skills, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Advanced SAP or other ERP system planning knowledge. Basic knowledge of the master data elements and function within ERP system
- APICS Certification is a plus.

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
