What you´ll do
- Shopper Strategy Development: Create and execute shopper marketing strategies that drive conversion and loyalty across key retail partners, both in-store and online.
- Retailer Collaboration: Partner with retailers (e.g., Walmart, Sam's Club) to develop joint business plans, in-store activations, and digital shopper programs.
- Omnichannel Activation: Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across in-store, digital, e-commerce, and social touchpoints to enhance the shopper experience.
- E-Commerce Marketing & Digital Execution: Develop and implement strategies to optimize digital shelf presence, PDP content, search performance, and retail media activations across e-commerce platforms.
- Retail Media & Performance Marketing: Partner with retail media networks (Walmart Connect, etc.) to execute and optimize paid digital campaigns that drive traffic and conversion.
- Category & Consumer Insights: Leverage data, shopper insights, and category trends to influence marketing plans and drive business growth across physical and digital channels.
- Trade & Promotions Planning: Work with sales and brand teams to develop trade promotions, digital coupons, and online-exclusive offers to drive engagement and sales.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with brand marketing, sales, e-commerce, and insights teams to ensure alignment on shopper engagement strategies and digital growth initiatives.
- Performance Tracking & ROI Analysis: Measure campaign effectiveness, analyze sales impact across omnichannel platforms, and optimize future activations using data-driven insights.
- Budget Management: Oversee shopper marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources between in-store and digital/e-commerce activations to maximize ROI.
- PowerPoint & Presentation Development: Create compelling, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations to communicate strategies, campaign results, and business recommendations to internal stakeholders and retail partners.
- Walmart.com Expertise: Experience optimizing Product Detail Pages (PDPs), leveraging A content, and improving Content Health Scores to drive conversion.
- Walmart Connect & Media Activation: Strong understanding of Walmart Connect, including Sponsored Products, Search, and Display Ads, with a focus on driving traffic and ROAS.
- Data & Insights Analysis: Proficiency in Walmart Luminate and Retail Link to analyze performance, shopper behavior, and category insights to inform strategy.
- Omnichannel Marketing: Ability to develop 360° marketing plans that connect in-store and online touchpoints, driving conversion through digital and physical activations.
- Content Syndication: Experience managing digital content through platforms like Salsify or Syndigo to ensure consistent, high-quality PDP content.
- Promotions & E-Commerce Acceleration: Knowledge of driving online promotions, Rollbacks, and Value Packs while aligning with Walmart’s promotional calendar.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to partner with Sales, Brand, and E-Commerce teams to deliver integrated marketing plans that support Walmart growth.
