What you´ll do
You are expected to be able to perform the following :
- Evaluate and develop the supply chain value-driven roadmap.
- Plays in an active role in the production strategy for the Americas.
- Understand business strategy priorities and coordinate cascading of business strategic objectives into manufacturing objectives and KPIs.
- Evaluates organizational capability and resource management, including the development of annual resource plans, critical assesses skills and requirements for key positions, and developing resource models to support the organization’s strategy in collaboration with Human Resources. Recommend changes aligned with our strategic goals.
- Contribute to the regular development and update of the manufacturing strategy, with consideration of the various Manufacturing Excellence programs (e.g., reliability, maintenance, equipment care).
- Manage stakeholder engagement initiatives and communications on strategic initiatives.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and business case development for opportunities. No.
- Advise Supply Chain Leadership Team on manufacturing and warehouse optimization programs.
- Conduct research of industry trends related to manufacturing excellence and translate insights into strategic levers and initiatives that can be integrated in manufacturing and logistics programs.

The salary for this role is $130,000.00 - $195,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
