YOUR ROLE
- IT Service Management for Datacenter services for the Americas Region
- Interaction with Key Stakeholders within DxRa, Business Units, as well as Corporate IT Service Delivery
- Interaction with Regional organization – IT Key Account Management, IT Governance, Purchasing, Finance, Shared Service Centers, and Local IT teams
- Provider and Contract Management with a Global Service Provider
- Coordinate/Implement programs throughout Americas Region in line with Global Strategy and Initiatives
- Independently manage processes that include Project Requests; Invoice Validation; Escalation and Conflict Management; Reporting and Service Level Trending Analysis
