We seek several a motivated and dynamic Service Delivery Managers who will coordinate and guide residential and light commercial jobs through the scheduling and execution stages and serve as the focal point for communications with stakeholders.
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will ensure that our service delivery meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency while maintaining excellent customer service.
This role involves managing logistics, coordinating with team members, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
A desirable candidate will service all prospective customers with the objective of meeting their project needs while having the communication skills necessary to build a lasting customer rapport.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We're looking for candidates who excel in team building and project management activities. Responsibilities include ensuring that our customers’ needs and expectations are clearly communicated and accurately documented on a written proposal and change orders.
You will build and nurture a pool of delivery crews, while collaborating with an Area Manager and Sales Team to ensure certain KPIs are achieved, and quality is upheld across all territories in the assigned area.

Primary Responsibilities
- Team Management
Manage and interview delivery crews, ensuring the right crew-to-job ratio.
Oversee all production activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain quality control on job sites.
Act as an on-site customer advocate.

Successful candidates must be able to perform each essential duty with passion and accountability.
