Due to recent growth in Eastern NY and Western CT, particularly in Dutchess, Putnam, Westchester, and Fairfield counties, we have several new career opportunities.

We seek several a motivated and dynamic  Service Delivery Managers who will coordinate and guide residential and light commercial jobs through the scheduling and execution stages and serve as the focal point for communications with stakeholders.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will ensure that our service delivery meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency while maintaining excellent customer service.

This role involves managing logistics, coordinating with team members, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

A desirable candidate will service all prospective customers with the objective of meeting their project needs while having the communication skills necessary to build a lasting customer rapport.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We're looking for candidates who excel in team building and project management activities. Responsibilities include ensuring that our customers’ needs and expectations are clearly communicated and accurately documented on a written proposal and change orders.

You will build and nurture a pool of delivery crews, while collaborating with an Area Manager and Sales Team to ensure certain KPIs are achieved, and quality is upheld across all territories in the assigned area.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Team Management

Manage and interview delivery crews, ensuring the right crew-to-job ratio.

  • Assess and allocate delivery crews based on skill-sets to best match projects.
  • Project Delivery and Management
  • Oversee all production activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain quality control on job sites.

  • Track project milestones and keep accurate production reports using our CRM and scorecards.
  • Meet clients' needs, communicate status, and deliver quality projects.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate projects from start to finish, including final touch-ups and payment collection.
  • Schedule delivery crews and manage purchase and change orders as needed.
  • Identify potential issues and make timely decisions.
  • Ensure proper document control and record-keeping.
  • Ensure accurate job costing.
  • Keep assigned projects on schedule and within budget while meeting clients' needs and delivering quality work.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Act as an on-site customer advocate.

  • Understand each customer's unique needs, recommend solutions, and advocate for them on the job site.
  • Ensure customers' needs and expectations are clearly communicated and documented in a written proposal.
  • Follow up with customers promptly and professionally by phone or email.
  • Visit current projects to ensure customer satisfaction and perform follow-up after job completion to ensure continued satisfaction.
  • Qualifications

    Successful candidates must be able to perform each essential duty with passion and accountability.

    Ideal candidates will reside locally or within reasonable proximity to the franchise territories.  The knowledge, skill and / or abilities required to be a reliable contributor are :

  • Minimum of 3 years successful experience in Home Improvement or Service-based industry.
  • Demonstrated work history of safely executing projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers, partners, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced self-motivated environment.
  • Superb time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented, dependable, and reliable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in use of a Laptop / Tablet, smartphone and collaborative office software programs such as Google Mail / Calendar / Sheets / Drive.
  • Other Qualifications

    These are the personal and behavioral attributes required by incumbents to successfully execute the essential functions of the position.

  • NY or CT driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Willing and able to embrace a proven sales process.
  • Willing and able to embrace a proven system of project delivery processes.
  • Open to suggestions and constructive criticisms in an amicable manner.
  • Demeanor that is friendly and cooperative while maintaining adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
  • Ambassador of corporate brand.
  • Must present the values and ideals of the company and agree to a company code of conduct that governs both appearance and action.

  • Maintenance of corporate vehicle in a professional manner to reflect and preserve corporate brand is required.
  • Energetic self-starter must be able to work independently with the ability to multitask, possessing a “get it done” attitude.
  • Willingness to broaden scope of responsibilities as required to ensure the success of company.
  • These duties may include assignments in other job classifications.

  • Bilingual is a plus.
