YOUR ROLE
- Proactively develops new thermal interface materials, leads a small team and manages projects that generate a competitive edge.
- Hands-on attitude with desire to invent materials and processes that change the technology landscape.
- Technical expert in adhesive chemistries like SMP/Silicones, PU, acrylates, polymer network physics, particle science, and rheology.
- Analyzes material properties in conjunction with local and global Henkel Analytical team.
- Manages technical aspects of project within stage gate system in conjunction with professional project manager.
- Assesses logistical requirements to successfully complete projects and plan accordingly.
- Translates customer and market feedback into technical specifications and develops product formulations and applicable data packages for specific customers and general market.
