The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a(n) Technical Product Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

• Product Engineering lead and Technical Support : Lead maintains and improves existing Architectural Finishes product, specifically DI-NOC or Fasara or Dichroic or Dusted / Frosted film. In addition, provide expert-level technical support for the products, addressing complex customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving product-related problems.
• Product development and New Product Introduction (NPI) Support : Lead the collaboration with product development teams to enable the introduction of materials, including coating, film and adhesives and to ensure smooth transition of new products from development to market. Provide technical support during the launch phase, including validation, testing, and customer feedback integration.
• Collaboration : Work closely with CRL, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to address product issues and implement corrective actions.
• Leadership : Demonstrate leadership by proactively identifying challenges and taking action to resolve them. Additionally, find support members and continuously and technically strengthen that culture.
• Product Performance Analysis : Lead the analysis of product performance data, identify trends, and recommend strategic improvements to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $119,076 - $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience.
