YOUR ROLE
- Develop strong working relationships with the Sales, Marketing and Customer Care Teams while maintaining an open line of communication.
- Travel as needed to investigate potential field issues and support field sales reps.
- Maintain strong product performance and application knowledge on adhesive and sealant technologies sold in the NA Consumer / Craftsman division under the Loctite, OSI and LePage brands.
- Clearly understand the proper use of Astute, SAP and CCMS within the daily functions of a TCS Rep.
- Create, update and/or maintain claims / complaint reporting as required.
- Answer telephone, mail and e-mail inquiries promptly and provide accurate / professional responses in a timely fashion.
- Submit weekly reports, time sheets and any other documents requested by TCS Manager.
