What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Sales & Customer Service Rep position at Minute Men Staffing?
Minutemen Direct has an immediate opening for a Technical Sales/Customer Service Rep in Cleveland, OH for a Supply Company. Hours are 8AM-4:30PM Monday-Friday. Pay is $20-$25 BOE. These are direct hire opportunities with full benefits.
Responsibilities:
Receive request for quotation
Review customer inquiries
Communicate with customers and sales personnel to determine the best tools for the application based upon past history, new products and customer requirements
Cost estimate, prepare quotes and submit to customers
Follow up with customers
Upon receiving the customer orders, acknowledge & enter them into the system
Generate purchase orders for vendors
Expedite purchase orders and communicate with vendors and customers for the delivery dates
Assist in shipping & receiving
Invoicing after shipments
Qualifications:
Associates Degree or equivalent experience in Technical Sales and Customer Service, preferably in distribution of power tools.3-5 years customer service/technical sales in manufacturing or construction industries
ERP system
Order entry, quotes, MS Word/Excel
