Description
The Office of Multi-Cultural Services area of Human Services Public Health is seeking a Trainee Case Management Assistant to be part of a team that provides Hennepin County residents access to information services, and supports their needs allowing them to live healthy, safe, stable, and independent lives. This position will spend half of its dedicated time to serving residents from diverse backgrounds within the community navigating various services and the other half will be focused on Community Engagement work.

Location and hours :
This position is hybrid and will be based at the South Human Service Center at 2215 East Lake Street, Minneapolis MN 55407, in the community with direct contact with residents, and remote as job duties require. Work hours will vary between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend hours. While this position is hybrid, based on current requirements hires must reside in or relocate to Minnesota or Wisconsin. New Employee Orientation (NEO) for all new benefit-earning employees is in-person in downtown Minneapolis. Details about NEO will be provided upon hire.
