Hennessy Land Rover Buckhead is seeking a motivated and organized Service Assistant to join our service team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our service department, assisting in various administrative and operational tasks. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality customer service, streamlined workflow, and efficient handling of service-related task.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner. Address inquiries and provide information on services offered.
- Process warranty payments and handle any billing inquiries from customers
- Assist with scheduling appointments
- Works to increase CSI through customer survey follow-up
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with automotive terms and services is an advantage
- Ability to build rapport with customers and coworkers with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Possess valid GA Driver's license
