Description
Porsche Atlanta Northwest is seeking a Warranty Administrator you play a vital role in the service department and contribute to the success of the dealership by being responsible for all processes involving warranty claims.
What You'll Do:
- Process warranty claims on a timely basis for each franchise or distributor
- Close and process repair orders for warranty and extended warranty services
- Input all warranty claims, warranty credit memos, warranty journal entries and payroll summaries into the computer
- Maintain all special programs for the franchises
- Accurately create and send reports on a weekly basis
- Transmit franchise credit memo statements
- Verify criteria required by factory or distributor
- Reconcile all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule
- Resubmit all rejected claims promptly or receives authorization to write them off
- Follow up on payment of outstanding claims, keeping schedules current and under 30 days and less
- File and maintain all service records as required
- Keep informed of all factories recalls and bulletins
- Assist with any clerical needs
- Adhere to work schedule including working late for end of month and year end deadlines
- All other duties as assigned

Requirements
What We Expect:
- Must have a minimum one-year experience processing warranty claims
- Experience in Reynolds & Reynolds in preferred
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with guests and team members and to exceed their expectations.
- Ability to reason, formulate, and implement action plans that will benefit the corporation effectively
- Must submit to a background and drug screen
- Valid GA Driver's license with an acceptable driving record
