2. Demonstrated ability to manage manufacturing costs and site overheads.
3. Extensive experience in the chemical manufacturing sector, including familiarity with the specific challenges, regulatory requirements, and safety concerns associated with chemicals, petrochemicals, or specialty chemicals.
4. Understanding of the chemical supply chain, including raw material procurement, inventory management, and logistics, to optimize production operations.
5. Relevant certifications in safety management, quality control, or manufacturing management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ISO, or PMP) are highly valued.
