The County of Henry is seeking an individual to fill the position of Tax Clerk for the Commissioner of the Revenue’s Office. Qualified applicant will be responsible for various clerical/administrative duties, assisting citizens with a variety of tax-related matters, and preparing/maintaining data for various assessments. The individual must work well under pressure, have strong communication and customer service skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows. The minimum annual starting salary for this position is $34,583 ($17.73/hour) plus excellent benefits outlined below. The work schedule is 37 ½ hours per week.
