We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Coordinate resolution of carrier inquiries
- Engage in industry development seminars to expand their knowledge
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members
- Perform account management duties to ensure customer satisfaction
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Must have or obtain in good standing a Property & Casualty insurance license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Strong ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with computer technology and Microsoft Office products
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
