Personal Lines Producer

Primary Function:

Producers are the primary sales force, responsible for selling various insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial for long-term success.
• Producers are responsible for developing and generating new leads through various marketing strategies.
• Analyze client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Manage the policy process, including negotiating rates, processing applications, and ensuring policies are kept current.
• Handling client inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service are essential.
• Adhering to insurance regulations and ethical standards is crucial.
• Maintaining detailed records of all sales, client interactions, and policy information is required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

• Must have or obtain in good standing a Property & Casualty license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and assess situations quickly and make logical and appropriate decisions
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and effectively work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, requiring little or no supervision; flexible, team player, able to motivate others
• Proficiency with technology, including MS Office tools including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
