Job Title : Principal Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description :

Acts as a pivotal member of the analytics community, building a data-driven culture.

Serves as a trusted advisor to organization leaders and department team members.

Gathers data, generates reports, and provides actionable interpretations of information.

Demonstrates reliability and expertise in presenting information to all levels, including executives, physicians, and clinical staff.

Develops comprehensive routine and ad-hoc reports to support strategic goals or key operations.

Fulfills complex requests, manages deadlines, and maintains quality of delivery with adaptability to evolving needs.

Exhibits excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Exemplifies leadership qualities and mentors peers.

Works in a more developer-focused capacity, rather than as an analyst.

Expert use of Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or other BI tools for report building.

Applies statistical concepts and develops data visualizations using relational databases.

Proven track record in customer service with strong active listening skills.

Effectively presents complex information to diverse audiences with expert written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with Electronic Medical Record System (EMR) report development and the use of programming languages.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Applied Science.

Candidates should be prepared for a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays with flexibility.
