The IT Recruiter is responsible for providing the highest level of recruitment and staffing services to Henry Ford Health System (HFHS) hiring leaders, specifically focusing on filling critical IT positions to support our EPIC implementation, data analytics, digital solutions, and more. You will advance HFHS as an employer of choice within the IT industry while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection and hiring process. This role involves interviewing pre-qualified top-tier candidates, maintaining excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Shift : Days, full time
Hybrid : Remote with some minimum onsite requirements
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of recruiting experience required.
High volume recruitment experience strongly preferred.
Experience with IT / Technical recruiting preferred.
Current working experience that includes understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle process (lead generation, managing the internal / external process, extending an offer and closing a candidate).
Experience with applicant tracking system.
