Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Pusher /Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing truck drivers safely and efficiently.
A truck pusher's responsibilities include coordinating the movement of trucks and equipment, ensuring safety, and managing the drivers:
- Planning-Coordinate the schedule for moving trucks and equipment to a new job sites daily.
- Preparing-dispatch jobs using a dispatch application and send out to drivers in a timely manner
- Executing-Lead drivers, monitor loading and off-loading, monitor job completions within budget, and ensure compliance with regulations
- Managing-Supervise the drivers and equipment.
- Communicating-Maintain communication with the rig site , pipeline, and constructions teams and clients, and attend to emails.
- Safety-Conduct safety meetings, ensure safety practices are followed, and request permits for oversize or overweight loads
- A truck pusher may also be responsible for staffing and managing truck drivers, and ensuring that pre- and post-trips are completed.
- Sales-identify prospects, make contact, pursue leads, and negotiate terms with existing and new customers for service sales and equipment rentals.
- Relationships-Build customer relationships and provide them with exceptional service and appreciation.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Must be knowledgable in oilfield services and sale

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
