Job Summary

Duties
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and customer inquiries using social listening tools.
- Manage the scheduling and posting of content using tools like Hootsuite to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
- Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging.
- Assist in managing advertising campaigns across social media platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and community members to enhance brand visibility.
