Duties

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks for invoicing and expense tracking.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all administrative functions are completed efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bilingual required, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
