Overview:
We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team! You will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming calls related to transportation and logistics. This is a vital role in ensuring efficient communication and coordination within our organization.
Scheduled: 7am-7pm- specific days to be determined
Duties:
- Receive incoming calls from customers, drivers, and other stakeholders
- Gather necessary information such as pickup and delivery details, and customer inquiries
- Enter data accurately into our transportation management system
- Communicate effectively with drivers to provide updates on routes, schedules, and any changes or issues that may arise
- Analyze information received to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Excellent Customer Service Skills are a must!
- Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft software
- Knowledge of fleet management and transportation planning processes
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
