The Bookkeeper will work with a group of client companies and will be responsible for their day-to-day general ledger transaction management, month-end reconciliations, and monthly reporting.
Specific tasks will include:
- Bank reconciliations
- Payroll reconciliations
- Generating month-end financial reports
- Sales tax preparation
- Client interactions and courteous client communication
Job Qualifications:
- 3 years accounting
- QuickBooks experience
- Customer service oriented
