Job Summary
We are seeking a parttime (once per week or twice per month) bookkeeper. Quick Books experience needed.
Responsibilities
- Utilize financial software to track and record transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger
- Conduct account reconciliation as needed
Experience
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Familiarity with corporate accounting practices
- Proficiency in financial software (quick books)
- Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation and general ledger accounting
- Ability to manage account reconciliation effectively
- Experience with accounts payable processes is a plus
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $24.34 - $25.41 per hour
Expected hours: 2 per week
