Position Summary :
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of promotional events and activations. This role requires a strategic focus on driving event performance, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and analyzing event data. Excellent organizational skills and a creative approach to problem solving is required.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to :
- Lead the planning, on site execution and recapping of all event / activation assignments
- Activations will occur statewide including Northern and Southern Arizona regions
- Collaborate with leadership in marketing planning meetings and develop comprehensive market plans
- Lead and manage the execution of multiple promotions and events simultaneously, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and budget parameters.
- Manges the tracking and analyzing of event or activation performance metrics
- Determines the financial viability and return on investment of the project
- Oversees and manages details of assigned budget per event or activation
- Develop and oversee on / off premise programming for key events
- Leads and conducts corporate on and off premise promotions and samplings
- Manages the schedule of volunteers and marketing representatives
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and promotional standards across all events.
- Manages fluctuating work volumes throughout the year and balances workload across peak and off peak seasons
- Build and maintain relationships internally and externally with key stakeholders including leadership, vendors and promoters
- Work with promoter(s) to sell in total portfolio, if applicable
- Attend and complete all necessary training classes for continuous improvement
