Our client is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Customer Support Specialist. The successful candidates will work primarily in the customer support service line, handling inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving complex issues.   • Apply thorough knowledge of policies and procedures related to Finance and HR service lines to daily tasks.
  • Process service line-specific transactions in accordance with standard procedures and service level agreements.
  • Answer approximately 50 calls per day, utilizing five or more state applications to verify customer information.
  • Use the ticketing system to efficiently manage customer inquiries and requests.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, program administrators, and others through both written and verbal communication (email, phone).
  • Resolve difficult processing errors and address user needs for more complex transactions.
  • Analyze data and resolve complex auditing issues related to various business practices.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Consistently provide excellent customer service to all clients.

Required Experience :

  • Option 1 : High school diploma and three years of full-time experience in processing business, finance, or human resource transactions.
  • Option 2 : 60 semester credit hours of college-level study.
  • Option 3 : 30 semester credit hours of college-level study and one year of experience in processing business, finance, or human resource transactions.
  • Skills & Qualifications :

  • Ability to manage high call volumes and effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Proficiency in using multiple state applications and a ticketing system.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for resolving complex issues.
  • Customer-focused with a dedication to providing high-quality service.
