As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative who is passionate about driving new business and expanding our client base. As part of our sales team, you will leverage your industry knowledge and sales expertise to identify, target, and secure new clients. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, goal-oriented, and ready to build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers in engineering and IT sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the engineering and IT staffing markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their staffing needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on long-term client retention
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client communications
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to better position the company's offerings

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within staffing or recruitment, with a strong track record of bringing in new business
  • Familiarity with the engineering and IT industries is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative selling abilities
  • Results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
