In this direct hire role, you will collaborate with the Senior Business Development Manager and Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional pre- and post-sales support. This includes assisting with product selection, installation (electrical, mechanical, and thermal aspects), and troubleshooting customer systems.

- Articulate technology, power architectures, and product positioning to both business and technical users
- Drive business development directly with customers and in conjunction with channel partners
- Capture technical requirements and the architecture of customer systems and act as the liaison to Product Line Engineers
- Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Review schematics and address incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Conduct regular customer visits, requiring 30-50% travel
- Present technical seminars and provide product training for the manufacturer's rep organization
- Assist with hands-on product evaluations and generate application notes under the direction of the FAE Manager
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience: 5-7 years in analog/power supply design or analog-based applications engineering
- Capable electronics technician skills
- Strong understanding of analog design
- Salary Range: $99,920 - $162,370 (Depending on experience and qualifications)
