Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job duties, responsibilities, and required / desired skills during intake meetings.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Review resumes and credentials for skills, experience, and alignment with job requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruiting process.
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing comprehensive information on the company, role, and expectations.
- Extend offers of employment to selected candidates in compliance with company policies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest recruiting trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate candidate documentation in the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure audit readiness.
- Advise on staffing and recruitment policies and ensure alignment with company processes.
