Her Nexx Chapter (HNC) is a 501(c)3 organization that provides an immersive virtual platform consisting of programs that connect, mentor and nurture women through their journey in life by providing access to certified life coaches, mentors and subject matter experts.
Her Nexx Chapter is looking for a Public Relations Team Leader that can help cultivate our story to portray and build our brand and awareness. This individual will be responsible for growing, shaping, and maintaining the organization’s reputation and brand. This individual will be responsible for identifying media opportunities, maintaining existing media relations, and promoting positive public awareness of the company through external communications.
Requirements :
Experience in Public Relations, Communications and / or Media Relations
Innovation and creativity with attention to detail, research skills and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lead and mentor a committee of volunteers
Ability to run PR campaigns that deliver measurable results and meet objectives
Develop and manage a wide variety of communications, campaigns and events via our various platforms.
Responsibilities :
Assist with the development of new initiatives that focus on proactive media placement through print and online press releases as well as a variety of media channels i.e podcasts to television / radio.
Work with the Events Team to successfully promote, coordinate and execute the organization’s quarterly fundraising efforts.
Interfaces with Marketing & Editorial; understanding of all social media platforms
