Job DescriptionSummary : Hera Technologies Florida, LLC (the "Company") is seeking a highly motivated Data Assurance Clerk to join its team working in a hands-on, collaborative environment. The individual will perform the responsibilities listed below and other duties as required by the Company. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who pays attention to detail and take responsibility for their work.FLSA Classification : Hourly nonexempt Type : Full-time

Work hours : Monday - Friday, 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm; infrequent weekend work may be necessary. Hours may be adjusted at the discretion of your supervisor.

Salary Range : $19.00 - $21.00 Reports to : Quality Manager

Location : 100% onsite at 350 Imperial Blvd. Cape Canaveral, FL. 32920

Essential Job Duties (which include, but not limited to) :

Prepare shipment packets for completed jobs ready to
Collect and verify material and process
Review purchase orders for required quality
Understand quality clauses and associated
Schedule source inspections with customer and assist on-site source inspectors.
Organize and file documents in a concise and clear
Answer phone system, and direct calls.
Provide associated paperwork for final
Ensure all jobs have been correctly completed through every step of the process and all required sign-off stamps are present. Take action to resolve discrepancies.
Close completed travelers once job has
Visually inspect final part marking / labeling and piece
Package and protect parts using vacuum seal and other protective packaging essentials per customer specifications on traveler and drawing notes.
Support other departments as needed. examples : loading ovens, expediting jobs through shop, keeping pallets organized, load and unloading trucks.
Support 5-S and adhere to health, safety, and environmental company
Perform cross-functional operations as needed

Minimum Requirements :

High School graduate or

Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written

Ability to read and interpret product specifications and blueprints

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).

Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to multi-task.
