Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our team. This role involves performing various tasks related to landscape maintenance and enhancement, ensuring that outdoor spaces are well-kept and aesthetically pleasing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors and a willingness to learn new skills in landscaping.
Duties
- Perform tree trimming and pruning to maintain healthy growth and appearance.
- Carry out groundskeeping tasks, including mowing, edging, and mulching.
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Engage in landscape maintenance activities such as planting, weeding, and fertilizing.
- Maintain lawns through regular care practices including watering, aerating, and pest control.
- Dig trenches or holes for planting trees, shrubs, or other landscaping features.
- Collaborate with team members to build landscape features such as patios or retaining walls.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with tree trimming techniques and landscape maintenance practices is a plus.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to lawn care and landscape enhancement.
